You are free to use your commissioned art online in any non-commercial manner you would like, including posting to your social media, using as a reference, making it your icon/profile picture, etc., as long as you credit me as the artist by using my Twitter handle, if posted publicly. You are free to print your own art for your own personal use.DO NOT use the files for commercial purposes.You retain the right to your character. By commissioning me, you grant me the right to use your art commission for advertising purposes, such as using it as an example or some form of display.Art commissions from me are SAFE FOR WORK. I will not draw anything that I consider to be NSFW or inapropriate. It is up to my own discretion.You are NOT ALLOWED to use any part or all of my art for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or anything associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency.You are NOT ALLOWED to use any part or all of my art in any image generation learning programs, or with anything associated with "AI art."PAYMENT: All payments are made through PayPal, Square, or Ko-Fi. Payments are in USD.For PayPal or Square: an invoice will be sent to you once the sketch for the commission is approved by you. Any money sent to me outside of an invoice will be refunded. However, I do accept tips through the invoice itself, if you would like to use that.For Ko-Fi: once the sketch for the commission is approved by you, then you need to pay by selecting the corresponding option under "Commissions" on my Ko-Fi page.
